Anusara Yoga
In this practice, we balance strength and flexibility through a combination of alignment and philosophy. We replace limiting body patterns with more healthful and therapeutic ways of walking, moving and thinking. Teachers are knowledgeable and work with you on your specific needs. A mixed level of students are welcome.
Yoga Basics
By focusing on basic principles of alignment this course empowers each student to engage the practice of yoga at his/her own level. This class is suitable for both active beginners and practitioners who would like to strengthen their foundation. Classes are both therapeutic and upbeat, instructions are clear, and questions are encouraged.
Friday Happy Hour

This by donation, hour long class is led by a rotating group of Lakshmi Teacher Training graduates. Experience each teacher’s unique voice, the fresh momentum of recent training and the feeling of growing community. Joining a Happy Hour class is a great way to support up and coming teachers!
