Ayurveda for Summer
Thursday June 11 6-8 PM
In this workshop we will talk specifically about the Summer according to Ayurveda and how to stay cool, calm and collected.
*Introduction to Ayurveda recommended as a prerequisite to this course, but not required. If Ayurveda is new to you and you are interested in taking this course please let us know.

Rachel is a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Herbalist. She enjoys teaching with humor and a light heart while weaving storytelling with technical instruction. For her, Ayurveda is a way of life and has lead to radical transformation in her mental and physical health and she is delighted to share this information with her community.
