Full Moon Dance Party

The Full Moon in August is known as the “Sturgeon Moon” in some Native American tribes because they knew that during this time the Sturgeon were most readily caught in the Great Lakes and Lake Champlain. It is also known as the “Full Green Corn Moon”, “Wheat Cut Moon”, “Moon Where All Things Ripen”, and the “Blueberry Moon”.

Come celebrate High Summer and the coming to fruition of all we’ve worked for through the spring and early summer, in the Earth and in ourselves. Bask in the glow of the Moon and dance with us!
