ayurvedaFind out how to use the principles of this ancient and yet accessible system to transform your every day food and lifestyle choices into your medicine.  In this lecture we will cover the basics of Ayurveda including the five elements, the three doshas, and find out- what’s your dosha?

Rachel will be serving a light dinner of Kichari, a gentle Ayurvedic stew made from rice, mung beans and spices, during this workshop along with a special sun tea.  If you would like to sample some of the kichari, please note that in your registration so she can have enough prepared for everyone.  Also, please plan to arrive by 5:45 so we can start the lecture on time.

Cost: $20, or $36 for both the lecture and the Pitta Yoga Class.

A class specifically designed using the principles of Ayurveda to help you stay cool, calm and collected this summer.  Includes: asana, pranayama, mudra and meditation.

Cost: $20,  or $36 for the Ayurveda lecture and Pita Yoga.
