Yoga For Beginners

a 4-week introduction to yoga with Rachel Bush

In immersion3this class, designed specifically for beginners, we will focus on the basics of alignment, action, and attitude, giving each student a strong foundation with which to explore the practice of yoga.  Classes will be both therapeutic and upbeat, instructions will be clear, and questions will be encouraged.

Rachel is a Certified  Anusara Yoga teacher and a licensed  massage therapist.  She brings a strong understanding of anatomy and movement to her practice and enjoys teaching with humor and a light heart.  It is her intention to create a welcoming environment in all of her classes and empower her students to be the masters of their own health and wellness.
