Monday Evening Meditations

Treat yourself to 15 minutes of guided inner-body meditations. These meditation sessions are intended to help you wind down your day and move into rest, with grace, ease and peace. Meditations may take one or more of these forms: visualization, affirmation, relaxation, or quiet sitting. Each session will include a focus on breathing. All are welcome!
