Pause & Unwind – Yoga with Lissa

Join Lissa (Clarissa) for 4 Wednesdays (or however many you can!) as the days get shorter and we turn inwards. Let’s gather in the warmth of the Lakshmi studio space and nurture ourselves as we near the shortest day of the year. The intention of this class is to give yourself space and to help you stay grounded in breath and body as you navigate this time of the year. It’s also meant to encourage new patterns of being more connected to your body and it’s wisdom.
We’ll take this 75 minutes in the evening to pause, be present in our bodies, unwind, move, and connect with our breath. This class focuses on the basic foundations of yoga, allowing yourself to settle into your heart and slow down, great for all levels.
