A great sequence is like having a magic wand in your teaching tool kit. Not only will your students feel better in their bodies and about themselves, they will also be able to do previously unaccessible asanas with more optimal alignment. Gain a deeper understanding of the intricacies of each yoga pose and class of poses, how they relate to one another and how to put together asana sequences that help you better realize your intention or theme for a given class. This is a Yoga Alliance CEU eligible course and fulfills 6 hours of required 300 hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training course work.
