a Yoga workshop with Kelly Caraher
Tuesday April 4 at 6-7:30 PM.
This 90-minute yoga workshop will lead students to fluidly connect energetic movement with conscious breath and will include restorative poses to purify and balance both the body and mind. The course will conclude with Yoga Nidra to introduce a deeply meditative state of consciousness and to assist with the adjustment to Daylight Saving Time.
